Rodstein Oy is merging with JPH-Steel Oy

Rodstein Oy is spinning off and merging their internal parts production business with JPH-Steel Oy. This new partnership creates a Seinäjoki subcontractor with the widest offering in the metal working industry in the region. This new speed shop provides cnc milling, cnc turning, plasma cutting, press brake bending, tube bending, MIG- and TIG-welding, grinding and assembly services.

Michael Mansour, chairman of the board states “this is an exciting merger between two rapidly growing like-minded businesses which will be managed by experts in this field, Harri and Petri Jaakkola .
