The VaskiBend is a versatile machine family for bending flat bars. 

With a quick and accurate back gauge to ensure consistent results, the modular design supports extensive automation options to fulfill specific requirements.

VaskiPunch Prodigy 

A cost-effective solution with a 4-station tool magazine and wide force range. The VaskiBEND Prodigy processes flats bars up to 200 mm wide to 20 mm thick. 

  • Entry level, energy-efficient hydraulic.

  • Manual 1+1 tooling.

  • Flexible multi-operation processing with manual tool change

VaskiBEND Inspiration - SingleTool

VaskiBEND Inspiration - SingleTool

An all-electric flat bar bender with a ram force up to 400 kN.

  • Mid -level, servo-electric drive.

  • Bending angle verification with camera (option).

  • Low electricity consumption and low maintenance costs.

VaskiBEND Inspiration -  MultiTool

This bender combines a unique automated tool change with the same powerful ram force as the single-tool machine. 

  • For bending multi-shaped parts with one go.

  • Automatic tool changer (4 stations).

  • Integration is possible with VaskiROBOT and / or VaskiFLOW
    system.
