Vaski Group is looking for a PURCHASING ADMINISTRATOR
We are looking for motivated professionals to join one of Finland’s fastest-growing technology companies. Vaski Group Oy, established in 2015, operates globally, specializing in the design, manufacturing, and installation of custom machinery and automation solutions.
Vaski is renowned for producing power rail manufacturing machinery used in various industries, including the energy sector, wind turbine construction, power distribution centers, and the automotive industry. Vaski plays a crucial role in meeting the growing demand for electricity by providing innovative solutions to its customers in the energy sector. We also have strong expertise in thin-sheet production for coil line manufacturing and the design and manufacturing of specialized machinery for the metal industry, tailored to meet customer needs.
We are currently seeking a Purchasing Administrator to join our team at Vaski. We are looking for someone with a background in electrical, mechanical, or automation engineering, or substantial experience in the technical field. The ability to manage schedules, prioritize tasks efficiently, and strong communication and negotiation skills are essential.

As a Buyer, you will play a pivotal role in Vaski’s operations, responsible for procuring all the components necessary for machine construction and efficiently managing the supply chain. Your responsibilities will include negotiating with suppliers and processing and tracking orders. You will work closely with various departments, including design and production, to ensure a smooth delivery process. Purchases will be made both domestically and internationally.
The workplace is in Seinäjoki, and we offer flexible remote work options and adaptable working hours. The starting schedule is negotiable, and the salary will be commensurate with experience.
