A modular range of solutions for single coil blanking and slitting solutions from coiled sheet metal. There are so many possible options to select from for single coil lines that can be added and removed in a modular fashion allowing users to combine these to suit their specific production needs. Vaski are always available to customise allowing us to really match your production requirements using our deep knowledge of blanking and slitting.

For large coils and thicker materials

  • • Standard for 6, 10, and 15-ton sheet metal coils

    • Up to t=4 mm (400N/m2)

    • Sheet widths up to 1600 mm

    • Motorized coil carriage for easy loading

    • Straightening unit with 5-11 rollers

    • Protective film units 1-3

    • Slitting unit, maximum 8 pairs of blades

    • Shear 2.5 mm or 4 mm
