STEP 1 - Define the production need

The focus is on:

• Production needs and growth targets

• Storage requirements or manual material handling

• Selecting the right core machines (e.g. VaskiPUNCH, VaskiBEND).

This approach allows customers to start with a practical setup and build automation at their own pace. 

STEP 2 - Automate feeding

VaskiFLOW automation options include:

• Manual, semi-automatic, or fully automated feeding
• Robot-based handling and transfer
• Integration with or without storage systems

Even without storage, automated feeding solutions can be implemented to improve efficiency, safety, and consistency.

STEP 3 - Build and extend the production

Typical expansions include:

• Additional processing modules (e.g. shaping, finishing)

• Automated or semi-automated offloading

• Preparation for future automation and robotics 

As production volumes increase, the line can be expanded by adding machines, offloading solutions, and material handling equipment. The modular design allows new equipment to be integrated into the existing line without disrupting production.
