Vaski Group welcomes Nicklas Jakobsson to the board of directors following the acquisition of Ursviken

Vaski Group is pleased to announce that the previously announced acquisition of Ursviken Technology AB has now been completed. Nicklas Jakobsson, the CEO of Ursviken Technology AB prior to the acquisition will join the Vaski Group Board of Directors, bringing his experience and valuable insights to the team as a non-executive director. He will resign from his current role at Ursviken as CEO in early April before assuming his position on the board, where he will contribute to the continued growth and innovation of Vaski Group, Ursviken and Pivatic.

This acquisition underscores Vaski’s strategy of integrating leadership and expertise from acquired businesses, fostering a unified approach to advancing industrial innovation and also allows us to leverage Nicklas’s knowledge and experience.
